Before giving definite answers to all your questions, I need to know what amount of rent is required for the room you occupy, also what has been the average attendance of pupils upon your school each month since it was opened. 

Applications for aid should be made through the local Bureau officer in charge of your county, so that he may certify to the facts in the case.

Your school has never been reported in the Bureau officers report.
