Rev. Geo. Whipple
Cor Sec. A.M.A

Dear Sir:
I am directed by the Asst. Com'r. to write to you asking for immediate information in regard to rented school buildings occupied by your schools in Norfolk and vicinity during the school year now closing. It is important to know how many and which of those you will wish to occupy next year, so that we drop those from the rent rolls, which will not be required.
