If you should determine to sell this summer or Autumn. I can think of nothing so suitable as to sell
to the Methodist Freedman Commission, or the American Miss. Ass'n (I should prefer the former). Both of them will continue educational agencies in the South, 
and the former has a colored and white church planted here, which will always secure efficient oversight and management of such an interest.
I do not know that either of them wishes to buy, but presume they might be induced to.
I would be willing for the title to the property - to assume the expense of running the schools efficiently one year, and be under bonds that the property should continue to be used for that purpose (schools) either by myself, or the city or other responsible parties.
