Dear Sir:

 I shall be glad to extend assistance to a few schools about Petersburg City Pr. La, in the manner I named to you i.e. I will pay 25 cts per month for each pupil, estimated upon the average attendance. The teachers will be furnished, through you, with blank reports and seats. Shall be glad to have schools commence as soon as practicable, and will pay for each month, as soon as the necessary papers can be exchanged, after close of month.
