Sir,
Your letter of 3 inst. is received. I do not see how the Bureau can aid, the Trustees of your school house in the matter as it now appears. They should have guarded against this trouble by learning the status of the property before leasing the land and building the school house-
I should advise the Trustees to try and make arrangements with the new purchaser, to rent them this land and allow the building to remain where it is - If he will [[crossed out]] will [[/crossed out]] not grant their request, nothing remains but to remove the building, to some location where it will be safe from future disturbance.
Yours respty,
R.M. Manly
Superintendent of Education
