Yours of the 9th is at hand.  Mr [[Coliners?]] School is so small that the Bureau cannot afford to pay $15. per month.  He reports an average attendance of only 12 pupils.  In accordance with general usage the rent must be discontinued during the vacation.  If in Oct. a school of not less than 20 pupils average attendance can be gathered, I presume it may be rented again.

Hoping you are well and that you will enjoy your residence at the Natural Bridge.
