I have the honor to report that the enclosed lists contain the names of those who have been commissioned by the American Missionary Association and are now on duty as Teachers of Freedmen at, Alexandria, Eastville, Franklin & Hampton, Va.
In order to secure uniformity we should like to have our teachers report to us on Bureau blanks. Please furnish to them in double quantities.
