Respectfully returned to Supt. Manly who will please forward for file at these head-quarters the original deed herein referred to, or a duly certified copy of the same. Mr. Manly is reminded that in all cases when buildings erected by the Bureau for educational purposes, and borne on the Returns, are to be transferred to the owners of the land, a copy of the deed of the land should accompany the recommendation for the transfer
