Act Asst Surgeon Chas H. Wood U.S.A. having reported at this office in compliance with orders from the Comdr of this Bureau is hereby assigned to duty as Surgeon in charge of Sub district of Selma and will report to Chaplain S.S. Gardner Asst Supt at Selma.
The Q.M. Dept will furnish transportation
II  Act Assist Surgeon C.P. Futch U.S.A. having reported at this office in compliance with orders from the Comsr of the Bureau is assigned to duty as Surgeon in charge of sub-district of Northern Alabama and will report to Chaplain T.M. Goodfellow Supt. of Freedmen at Huntsville Ala.
The Q.M. Dept. will furnish transportation.
III  Chaplain C.W. Buckley District Inspector and Supt of schools Bureau Refugees, Freedmen &c will proceed to Vicksburg Miss. and report to Maj Gen O.O. Howard Commissioner
