J.C. Hendricks Co "F" 8th Iowa Vols is hereby relieved from duty in the Freedmens Hospital and will report to G.A. Harmount Asst. Supt Freedmen for Montgomery for duty.
II  Lt Col Andrew Geddes 8th Iowa Vols is hereby relieved from duty as Asst. Supt of Freedmen for the Counties of Marion, Russell and Chambers and will report to the Comdg. officer of the District to which his regiment is attached.  He will transfer all books and papers of his office to his [[strikethrough]] ofi [[/strikethrough]] successor.
III  Lt. Spencer Smith 8th Iowa Vols Asst Supt of Freedmen at Opelika is assigned to duty as Asst Supt of Freedmen for the Counties of Marion, Russell and Chambers and will transfer his office to Tuskegee relieving Lt. Col Andrew Geddes

The property of Mrs Jane E. Weeden now in charge of Chaplain T.M. Goodfellow, Asst Supt of this Bureau at Huntsville will be returned to her on receipt of this order and all rent due from her for said premises and unpaid upon the same discharged.
II  The property of L.P. Walker at Huntsville now in charge of Chaplain T.M. Goodfellow Supt of this Bureau will be restored to him on receipt of this order.  This restoration will not be construed to carry with it the right to rents accruing prior to this order.

III  The property of Robert S. Spragins now in charge of Chaplain T.M. Goodfellow Supt of this Bureau at Huntsville Ala will be restored to him by that officer on receipt of this order and presentation with it of the Warrant of Amnesty from the President of the United States to said Spragins the same being in his application alleged to exist but not presented at this office.
