Chaplain T.M. Goodfellow Supt Freedmen District of Huntsville Ala will transfer to the proper owner or owners a certain farm and dwelling house in Madison County, Ala. known as the Ewing place, on the presentation to him of the Warrant of Amnesty or an attested copy thereof from the President of the United States to Stephen L. Ewing the owner of said place.
All rents accruing on said place up to the time of the presentation of said Warrant of Amnesty are to be paid to Chaplain Goodfellow for the benefit of this Bureau.
II  The property of George M. Rice a citizen of Jackson County, Ala. consisting of a tract of land in said County.  Known as the [[?Thomaskee]] Reservation, containing six hundred and forty acres more or less now in charge of T.M. Goodfellow Supt of this Bureau for the District of Huntsville will be transferred to to him on the expiration of the present lease of the property made by Chaplain Goodfellow and which lease expires on the 1st day of January 1866.
