The Q.M. Dept will furnish transportation 
II Act Asst Surg William R. Buell U.S.A. is hereby assigned to duty at Tuscaloosa Ala, and will forthwith report to Capt A.L. Brown Supt Bureau R.F. & A.L. at that place.
