Lt. Jos. F. McGogy A.A.Q.M. R.F & A.L. will proceed to Mobile Ala, on business for this office.
He will return as soon as practicable.
II  The following named enlisted men of the 12th Iowa Vols are hereby relieved from duty in the offices of the Supt R.F. & A.L. at Selma and will report to the Comgd. officer of their Regt. forthwith.
The Q.M. Dept will furnish transportation.

III  Capt T.J. Kerr Chief Q.M. R.F & A.L. will proceed to Mobile Ala. and take possession of the Blockade running Steamers "Mary" [[?Gauntlette]] & "Virginia" now in possession of R.V. Montague, Collector of Customs.
When these boats are finally in his control he will deliver to R.V. Montague collection, the receipts of Bvt. Maj. Gen. Wager Swayne Asst. Commdr. B.R.F & A.L for them.
Capt. T. G Kerr will then advertise for proposals to purchase said Boats and will sell if in his judgement the price offered is sufficient to warrant the sale.
IV  The property of R.W. Coltart situated in Huntsville, Ala, consisting of a house and lot known as the Ice Depot now in possession of the Supt of Refugees Freedmen &c. at Huntsville Ala. will be delivered up to him on the presentation of this order to the Supt.  All rents accruing after the 31st day of December 1865 will remit to Mr. Coltart.
