The property of Geo. P. Beirne consisting of a house and lot situated on the south side of William Street between Franklin Street and Adams avenue in the City of Huntsville, Ala, now under control of the Superintendent of the Bureau at that place, will be delivered up to him on the presentation of this order.  All rents that have been paid by him to the Superintendent since July 10, 1865 will be refunded.
II  The property known as Samuel Marshal's plantation lying near Flint river in Madison Co. Ala now under control of the Superintendent of this Bureau at Huntsville, Ala, will be delivered up to the heirs of Samuel Marshall on the receipt of this order.  All rents accruing since the 31st day of December 1865 will remit to the owners of the land.
