Capt T.J. Kerr, Chief Q.M. R.F. & A.L will proceed to Mobile, Ala on business connected with this office.  As soon as it is completed he will return to this place.
II  Capt T.J. Kerr, Chief Q.M. R.F. & A.L is here by authorized to receipt for all property or money reverting to this Bureau in accordance with the provisions of the President's order of Nov 11th 1865.
Capt Kerr will sell at public auction after due advertisement all property that may come into his hands under this order

He is authorized to approve contracts and to take action in all matters pertaining to the Freedmen in accordance with orders and Circulars from this office.
II  Jas F. Armstrong Esqr. Montgomery Co Ala is hereby appointed Agent of this Bureau and will report to G.A. Harmount Asst Supt Montgomery.
III  Bvt Maj C.W. Pierce, Asst Supt R.F. & A.L. will proceed to Montgomery, on business connected with his office.
