Jany 26. 1866 Special Orders No 19} Capt T.J. Kerr, Chief Q.M. R.F. & A.L will proceed to Mobile, Ala on business connected with this office. As soon as it is completed he will return to this place. II Capt T.J. Kerr, Chief Q.M. R.F. & A.L is here by authorized to receipt for all property or money reverting to this Bureau in accordance with the provisions of the President's order of Nov 11th 1865. Montgomery Co Ala is hereby appointed Agent of this Bureau and will report to G.A. Harmount Asst Supt Montgomery. III Bvt Maj C.W.
