settlement with the Collector at Mobile for all property affected by said order.
This will include the receiving and receipting for such property as may remain to be transferred, the adjustment and payment of all proper claims under contract with the Treasury Department or for legitimate expenses, and whatever else may be necessary to the receiving of such property from said Collector free from draw back of any kind to be adjusted by this Bureau.
They are also authorized to dispose at private sale of small lots of property perishable or difficult to secure.
They will report in writing their proceedings under this order.  As soon as they have fulfilled this [[?]] [[?]] will return to this office.
