Actg Asst Surg Robert Johnston U.S.A. is hereby relieved from duty at Talladega and will report for duty to Actg Asst Surg Chas H. Hood U.S.A. in charge of Freedmen's Hospital at Selma, Ala.
The Q.M. Dept will furnish transportation
II  Actg Asst Surg J.W. Burkholder U.S.A. having reported at this office in compliance with orders from the Commissioner of the Bureau is hereby assigned to duty in charge of Freedmen's Hospital at Talladega relieving A.A. Surg Robert Johnston U.S.A.  He will report to Capt Thos. Taylor, Asst Supt at Talladega.
The Q.M. Dept will furnish transportation.
III  Lieut Jas F. McGogy is hereby assigned to duty as Aide de Camp to Bvt Maj Gen Wager Swayne Asst Commissioner, and will accompany him to Washington, D.C.

Wilkinson Veteran Reserve Corps is hereby relieved from duty as Act Asst Adjt Genl in office of Assistant Commissioner Bureau of Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands for State of Alabama and will proceed to his place of residence, Elmira N.Y. and report from there by letter to the Adjutant General of the Army.

III  Lieut Jas F. McGogy will issue to Dr E.C. Bowen the following articles of clothing for destitute freedmen in Small-pox Hospital.
