Capt F.O. Steinburg 10 Veteran Reserve Corps is hereby relieved from duty in the Dist of Mobile and assigned to duty as Asst Supt R.F. & A.L. at Greenville, Ala, relieving T.W. Mostyn Prvt Co "E" 178 New York Vols.
II  T.W. Mostyn, Prvt Co "E" 178th New York Vols is hereby relieved from duty as Asst Supt R.F. & A.L. at Greenville, Ala and will transfer to Capt F.O. Steinburg all books, papers, property and funds pertaining to his office.
He will then report himself to Capt Steinburg for such assigment as the interest of the service may require.

A Freedmen's Court is hereby established in Selma, Ala, for the adjudication of cases where Freedmen are interested parties.

The jurisdiction of the Court will extend over [[strikethrough]] State [[/strikethrough]] the District of Alabama.
Bt. Maj S.L. Hoge 7th Veteran Reserve Corps is assigned to duty as Judge of the Court.  He will take cognisance of all cases referred to him by Chaplain S.S. Gardner, Supt R.F. & A.L. Dist of Selma.
A record of the proceedings of the Court will be kept.
All fines collected will be paid over to the Supt after deducting the necessary expenses of the Court
II  Mr C.C. Dickenson is hereby authorized to act as Agent of this Bureau for the approval of contracts in the Beats Nos. 7, 8 and 9 in Autauga Co Ala.
He will report to G.A. Harmount Asst Supt R.F. & A.L. Montgomery, Ala.
