II P.H. Cook, Esqr. Justice of the Peace Loundes Co Ala is hereby appointed as agent of the Bureau for the approval of contracts. All contracts approved heretofore by him that are in accordance with the regulations of the Bureau will be recognized.
He will report to G.A. Harmount, Asst Supt R.F. & A.L. Montgomery.
