Date of decease, name, rank, Company, and regiment, must be given, where it is possible, with information as to the condition of graves, upon whose property located and any proposition the owner may wish to make as to his land used therefor. Howard Commsr B.R.F.& A.L. The Asst Commissioner requests that the wounds received by Col
