108 Head Quarters District of Alabama Montgomery June 4th 1866 Special Orders No 1} S.S. Gardner is relieved from duty as Superintendant B.R.F. & A.L. at Selma Ala and will turn over all his official records to Capt. Frederick D. Ogilby U.S. Infty, Bvt Maj. U.S.A. reporting then of these Head Quarters for orders. II. Capt. Frederick D. Ogilby 1th U.S. Infty, Bvt Maj U.S.A. is hereby appointed Superintendent B.R.F. & A.L. at Selma Ala. reliving S.S. Gardner in the duties of that position. By order of Maj. Gen. Wager Swayne A.A. General Head Quarters District of Alabama Montgomery June 5th 1866 Special Orders No 2} C.W.Buckley Supt. of Education in this State will proceed to Auburn and Opelike Ala. on business connected with his Dept. He will return as soon as practicable. The Q.M. Dept. will furnish the necessary transportation. By order of Maj. Gen. Wager Swayne A.A. General 109 Head Quarters District of Alabama Montgomery June 9th 1866 Special Orders No 3} [[margin]] B [[/margin]] Second Lieut. G.D. Jennings V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty in Bureau R.f. & A.L. at Mobile Ala., and will proceed to Huntsville Ala. reporting for duty to Bvt. Col. J.B. Callis Supt. B.R.F. & A.L. The Q.M.
