II Bvt. Maj. CW Pierce Supt. BRF & AL at Demopolis Ala will proceed to Montgomery Ala on business connected with these Hd Qrs, on its completion he will return to his station.

II Hon J.M. Withers mayor of Mobile is hereby authorized to take charge of all earthworks and field fortifications now held as captured property in and about the City of Mobile on the main land. it is understood that he will defray the expenses of leveling the same from the material found in them and that any funds remaining from the disposition of such material will be transferred by him to the disbursing officer for the Freedmen's Bureau for Alabama.

I The lot and building in Selma also known as the "Watts Hall Building" belonging to E.A. Blount of Perry County Ala. taken possession of by the US for having been used for insurrectionary purposes (the owner having been pardoned by the president) hereby restored to the possession of the said owner E.A. Blount.

II So much of S.O. No 73 current series from these Hd. Qrs. as directs Surgeon C.J. Kipp Surgeon in Chief of this Dist. to proceed to Atlanta Ga and thence to Macon Ga. and return is amended toward Macon Ga. via Columbus and return.

III It having been officially reported to this Office that there are now lying at the railroad depot at Greenwood, Russell County, Ala
