Mobile August 11th 1866. will at once proceed to Eufaula Ala. and investigate the case of Doctor Webster M Rains who makes application for compensation for damages done to his property at Eufaula, upon the completion of the investigation Lieut Conyngham will return to this place and make full report of all facts in the case ~ after which he will rejoin his proper station.
