I.  Leave of absence (for 20 days) is hereby granted 1st Lt Chas W. Pierce V.R.C. Bvt. Maj U.S.V. Supt. BRF & AL, Demopolis Ala. with permission to apply to the Commissioner, Bureau RF & AL for an extension of ten days
II.  Lieut G.F. Browning AAQM Bureau RF & AL will issue to Bvt Col J.B. Callis Supt. RF & AL at Huntsville Ala, the following articles of clothing.
300 Blankets (woolen)   360 Pr Pants (irregular)
300 Jackets (irregular) 300 Pr Shoes (Brogans)
100 Great Coats
III.  Lieut G.F. Browning AAQM Bureau RF & AL, will issue to Lieut. P.E. O'Connor AAQM Bureau RF & AL, at Demopolis Ala, the following articles of clothing:
48 Blanket Quilts         75 Knit Jackets
120 Pr Pants (irregular)  180 Pr Shoes (Broganes) 
50 Great coats

I   Lieut Joseph Logan AAQM Bureau RF & AL, Mobile Ala, is hereby authorized to expend five thousand (5000) pounds of hay for the use of the Hospital at Dog River Farm Mobile Ala, it being impracticable for the QM Department at Mobile to procure straw
II   Lieut Joseph Waters 15th Mil Infty will proceed with a detachment of twenty five (25) men with five (5) days rations, to Cusseta Ala, and carry out the instructions of the Maj. Genl. Comdg
The QM Dept will furnish the necessary transportation to and from Cusseta
III.  A board of Survey is hereby appointed to convene at Selma Ala. on Tuesday the 28th inst or as soon thereafter as practicable for the purpose of examining into and reporting upon the alleged loss of certain medical property from which A.A. Surgeon J.W. Buckholder USA is responsible.

AA Surgeon N.E. Williams USA will transfer all the Medical and Hospital property now in his possession at Mobile Ala, to AA Surgeon J Shatz USA, at Montgomery Ala.  Lieut Joseph Logan
