A board of Query is hereby convened to meet at the storehouse of the Freedmens Hospital at Montgomery Ala, on saturday the 8th inst, or as soon thereafter as practicable to examine into and fix the responsibility of the discrepancies said to exist betwene the invoicing and the amount received of a lot of Medical and Hospital property transferred by A.A.Surgeon N.E. Williams U.S.A. to AA Surgeon J Schatz U.S.A.

In accordance with instruction from Hd Ars Dist of the Chattahoochee Maj Edward Mc K Hudson 15th U.S. Infantry, with the Hd Qrs of the 1st Batt 15th Infantry, and Co "G" of that Batt, now at Mount Vernon Ala. will remove from that post to Mobile Ala. on arriving at Mobile Ala Maj Hudson will assume command of the Post.
The Q.M. Department will furnish the transportation necessary for the execution of this order.
