A board of Survey is hereby appointed to convene at the Office Commissary of Subsistence, at Demopolis Ala, at 10 AM on the 15th inst. or as soon as thereafter as practicable, for the purpose of examining into and reporting upon the condition of a certain lot of commissary stores said to have been received in a damaged state from Bvt. Maj. W.A. Elderkin, Depot Commissary at Mobile, Ala, for which Bvt. Captain P.E. O'Connor is responsible.
