Supt. Bureau R.F. & AL, Huntsville Ala, will purchase for the use of Freedmens Hospital at that place three (3) iron stoves and the necessary amount of pipe and will turn over the same to AA Surgeon S.P. Fitch USA in charge.  Vouchers in the case will be sent to Bvt Lt. Col Edwin Beecher Chief Disbursing Officer at the Hd. Qrs for payment.
III  Bvt Lt Col Edwin Beecher, Chief Disbursing Officer, at these Hd. Qrs. will proceed from Montgomery Ala, to Mobile Ala, on business connected with his Department.  Upon the completion of which he will return to his proper station.

I  On the recommendation of the Surgeon in Chief it is ordered that the "Stonewall Hospital" near this place, be at once

put in repair, and that as soon as such repairs are completed, the inmates of the "Home Colony" be transported thereto.  The QM of the Bureau at this point is charged with the execution of these repairs under the direction of the Surgeon in Chief, and the necessary expenditure thereunder will be settled upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Chief Disbursing Officer of the Bureau.
II  Bvt Captain Joseph Groves V.R.C. AAQM, Bureau R.F. & AL at Selma Ala, having under directions from these Hd. Qrs. purchased for the repair of Freedmens School house at Selma Ala, the following articles viz:
4650 Ft assorted pine lumber
13 Lights 12 x 16
20 Lbs Putty
50 Lbs Spikes
2 Posts
8 Window Shades
72 Lights 8 x 10
100 Lbs nails
2 Locks and knobs
3 Strap hinges and screws
4 Whitewash brushes
Will forward the proper vouchers to the Chief Disbursing Officer at these Hd. Qrs. for payment.
III  The Marine Hospital at Mobile Ala, having been by direction of the Secretary Treas. transferred to the Asst. Commissioner Bureau R.F. & AL, for Alabama, is hereby directed that from and after the 25th inst. no more Military patients be received there, and that those now there be transferred by that date or as soon after as the health of individual patients may permit.
