Bvt Lt Col. Edwin Beecher, Chief Disbursing Officer, Bureau RF & AL Alabama, will proceed to New Orleans La, via, Mobile Ala, on business connected with his Dept.  He will return as soon as practicable.
II  2d Lt. L.J. Whiting 47th U.S.I. having in accordance with S.O. No 94 Ex 2 Hd. Qrs. Dept. of the Tennessee, series of 1866, reported at these Hd. Qrs. for duty, is assigned to duty as Supt. Bureau R.F. & AL, for the District of Montgomery.

II  Bvt. Maj. Geo. F. Browning AAQM Bureau R.F. & AL Ala, will transfer to Mr AA Griffin, State Agent for Butte Co, the following articles for distribution to the destitute of his County.

50 Pr Shoes.
30 Dress Coats
20 Overcoats
50 Knit Jackets
III  AA Surgeon J Schutz U.S.A. will transfer to Mr AA Griffin, State agent for Butte County, the following Medicines for distribution to the destitute of his County.
10 Ounces of Quinine
4 Ounces of Opium
4 Bottles Castor Oil
