Edwin Beecher, Chief Disbursing Officer, Bureau RF & AL Alabama, will proceed to New Orleans La, via, Mobile Ala, on business connected with his Dept. He will return as soon as practicable. II 2d Lt. L.J. Whiting 47th U.S.I. having in accordance with S.O. No 94 Ex 2 Hd. Qrs. Dept. of the Tennessee, series of 1866, reported at these Hd. Qrs. for duty, is assigned to duty as Supt.
