AAQM. Bureau R.F. & A.L. will transfer to J F McGogy asst. Supt. Talladega, Ala, the following articles of clothing for issue to the destitute. 
Ten (10) Gray Jackets irregular, Ten (10) Shoes brogans Twenty 
(20) Blankets Woolen, Ten (10) Knit Jackets 
Ten (10) Pr Pants
III Private Wm N. Reber. Co "D" 33d USI is hereby detailed as clerk in the office of the AAQM Bureau R F & A L, at Demopolis Ala, and will report without delay, in person to Bvt. Captain C.E. O'Connor AAQM at that place.
The QM Dept. will furnish the necessary transportation.
IV Lieut L J Whiting 45th U.S.I. will proceed to Mobile Ala, (accompanying Maj Genl. Wager Swayne) on business connected with the Bureau R F & A L, returning on the completion.

I Bvt. Lt. Col. Chas. J Kipp Surgeon USI Surgeon in Chief B R F & A L for this Dist, will proceed to Mobile, Selma, Talladega, Demopolis, and Huntsville, on business connected with the Medical Dept. of the Bureau. He will return as soon as practicable.
II Captain W.H.H. Peck Sub. Asst. Comr. Bureau R F & A L , is temporarily relieved from duty in the Subs Dist. of Tuscaloosa, and will report at these Hd Qrs on the 7th proximo, for special instructions in reference to the supervision of the issue of corn and bacon to the destitute of this State.

Bvt. Maj. W A Elderkin, C.S. U.S. Army is hereby directed to transfer the supplies, pertaining to the Bureau R F & A L, for which he is accountable to 2d Lt Joseph Logan, V.R.C. A.C.S. Bureau R F & A L at Mobile.
Lieut Logan will hold these stores in readiness for shipment, and subject to such disposal as may be hereafter ordered by the Asst. Comr.

A A Surgeon S C King U.S.A. having reported at these Hd. Qrs. in compliance with orders from the Commissioner of the Bureau R F & A L. is hereby assigned to duty in charge of the Colony and Hosptl for Freedmen, at Talladega Ala. He will report for duty to Sub. Asst. Comr. J F McGogy, at that place.
The QM Dept. will forward the necessary transportation.
