so much of S.O. No 16 CS from these Hd Qrs so directs Bvt Lt Col Chas J. Kipp, Surgeon in Chief Bureau RF & AL, in this District, to proceed to Mobile &c is hereby amended so as to direct him to proceed from Montgomery, via Selma, to Talladega, thence via Selma to Demopolis via Meridian Miss to Huntsville, Stevenson and Nashville, and return via Decatur, Meridian and Selma to this place. 
II Bvt Mah GF Browning AAQM Bureau RF & AL, is hereby directed to purchase in open market at Talladega, one thousand (1000) feet of lumber to be used in repairs of Colony building at Talladega Ala. 
III Bvt Maj GF Browning AAQM Bureau R.F. & A.L. will transfer to J.F. McGogy Sub Asst Comr, at Talladega, Ala, one thousand (1000) feet of lumber, to be used in repairs of Colony buildings of Talladega Ala. 
IV AA Surgeon J.A. Moore U.S.A. having reported at this office in compliance with orders from the Commissioner of the Bureau, is hereby assigned to duty in charge of assylum for Freedman at Garland Ala, he will report to S.S. Gardner Sub Asst Comr Sub Dist of Greenville. 
The QM Dept will furnish the necessary transportation.

VI Extract 2 S.O. No 10. CS from these Hd Qrs is hereby suspended. 
VII Leave of absence for twenty (20) days is here by granted Bvt Captain Joseph Grove V.R.C. A.A.Q.M. Bureau R.F. & A.L., with permission to proceed to his home in Rhode Island.
VIII Bvt Maj GF Browning AAQM Bureau R.F. & AL, Montgomery Ala, will transfer to Bvt Col J.B. Callis Sub Asst Comr Huntsville, Ala, the following amount of stationery viz. 
20 quires letter paper, 20 quires foolscap paper, 10 quires legal cap paper, 1000 official
