II. a Board of Survey is hereby appointed to convene at the Freedmen's Hospital at this place at 10 am tomorrow, or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the purpose of investigating and reporting upon a discrepancy said to exist between the invoice of a certain case of liquors, transferred by A A Surgeon N.E. Williams U.S.A. to A A Surgeon J. Schutz U.S.A and the amount therein contained.

III. Bvt Maj. G.F. Browning Chief QM of the Bureau at these Hd Qrs, will purchase, pursuant to instructions from the Commissioner, the following numbers of animals, for the use of the Bureau in this State.
Four (4) Horses Eight (8) Mules.
and will give proper vouchers therefor, which will be paid on presentation to Bvt Lt. Edwin Beecher, Chief Disbursing Officer of the Bureau for this District.
IV. The QM Dept of the Bureau will furnish transportation from this place to Benton Ala. for the following Bureau stores:
Two (2) Boxes of Glass,  Six (6) raise window sashes
V. A Board of Officers is hereby appointed to meet at the Post of Montgomery, Ala, at 11 am tomorrow or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the purpose of ascertaining the disposition made of a certain amount of wood for which Bvt Maj G.F. Browning AAQM. is responsible.

III The supplies forwarded from New York to Mobile by the Southern Farmers Relief Commission per steamer Purveyor and consigned to the N.S. QM at that Post for distribution under the just supervision of the Governor of Ala, and the Comdg officer of the state, and will be transferred to W.C. Arthur, Acting Commissary of this Bureau. The Bureau QM at Mobile will furnish transportation for portions of the same on requisitions signed by W.C. Arthur, A.C.S. or M.H. Cruckshank, Commissioner for the State.
