174 asylum and Hospital, will be erected at the assylum for Freedmen, near Demopolis. The log houses will be put up under the joint direction of the Sub. Asst. Comr. at Demopolis and the Surgeon in charge of the Hospital: the houses at present used as a hospital at Demopolis will be taken down and the lumber used in the erection of the buildings at the asylum. The necessary expenditures under this order will be settled upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Disbursing Officer of the Bureau for this Dist.
