I The contract of J.W. Burkholder 
late Ala surgeon U.S.A. in charge of Bureau
Hospital at Selma Ala. having been annulled and said contract having been made at Washington D.C. with the Chief Medical Officer of the Bureau, Bvt Maj Geo F Browning Chief QM Bureau R.F. & A.L. Ala. will issue transportation to Dr. Burkholder from Montgomery. Ala. to Washington D.C.

II C.W. Buckley. Supt. of Education
Bureau and R F &A.L. Ala. will proceed on Bureau business to Decatur and Tuscaloosa Ala. and such other points within the northern part of the state as may be found necessary for the performance of the duties with which he is charged.
The QM Dept. will furnish the necessary transportation to Decatur Ala

I Lieut Geo. Shorkley, Inf. Asst. Comr. in charge of the Inf. Dist. of Selma, Ala. is authorized to contract for labor and materials at a cost not exceeding two thousand dollars, to be used in the completion of a school house commenced by the freedmen of Marion, Ala. upon grounds purchased for that purpose by themselves, said contract will not be entered into until the title to the ground referred to has been perfected by deed, free from encumbrance, approved by Bvt Lieut Col. Edwin Beecher, Disbursing Officer of this Bureau.

II Lieut. Joseph Logan AAQM Bureau Refugees &c. Mobile, Ala. will purchase in open market at Mobile the following articles necessary for the manufacture of coffins for use in the Inf. Dist. of Mobile.
