Pursuant to instructions set forth in S.O. No 58, War Dept. Bureau RF and AL C.S. Bvt. Maj. G.F. Browning, Chief QM Bureau  RF and AL, Alabama, will purchase in open marke, the following described means of transportation for use at the Hospital at Garland, Ala, at a cost not to exceed the amount set forth opposite the respective articles:
One (1) Ambulance $250.
Two (2) Mules $200. each
Two (2) Single sets ambulance harness $30. per set
Two (2) Head halters 
Two (2) Horse brushes
Two (2) Curry Combs
