State of Ala. will proceed to Garland Ala. and discontinue the Freedmens Hospital at that place making the necessary arrangements for, and causing the transfer of the inmates and property from Garland to Talladega Ala. Upon the completion of which he will return to his proper station.
The Quartermasters Department will furnish the necessary transportation for each inmate and property.
