3. Telegraphic instructions from this office of date Oct 9" 1868, ordering Mr. R.A. Wilson Sub Asst Commissioner at Demopolis to proceed to Livingston Ala. and return is hereby confirmed. The necessary expenses incurred will be paid upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Disbursing Officer.
4. The journey performed by Mr R.A. Wilson Sub. Asst. Commissioner Bu R.F. & A.L. from Demopolis to Eutaw and return on the 21" of July 1868 on business connected with the Bureau is hereby authorized. The expenses incurred will be paid upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Disbursing Officer.
