3     It being impracticable to cause an examination by an Inspector of a lot of government bacon at Huntsville Ala., and reported by the Sub. Asst Commissioner at that place as in a damaged condition, the same will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, and the proceeds thereof transmitted to the Chief Disbursing Officer Bur. R.F. & A.L. State of Alabama. together with the Account Sales. Mr. D.C. Rugg Sub Asst Commissioner is charged with the execution of this order.
