2 State of Alabama Bureau R.F. and A.L. Montgomery, January 30th 69 Special Order. No 3 John H. Wager, Asst Superintendent of Schools now stationed at Athens, will immediately proceed to Huntsville, Ala. that having been designated as the Headquarters of his Sub District in Circular No 2 form this office of date January 20th 1869. The necessary expenses incurred will be paid upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Chief Disbursing Officer of this state. Brvt Lieut Col. U.S.V. Asst Commr. State of Alabama Bur. R.F. and A.L. Montgomery, February 4th 69 Special Order No 4 H.M. Bush. Asst. Superintendent of Schools, will immediately proceed to Selma. Ala, and assume charge of his Sub. District, in compliance with Circular No 2 from this Office of date January 30th 69. The necessary expenses incurred will be paid upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Chief Disbursing Officer of this state. Brvt Lieut Col. U.S.V Asst. Commissioner 3 State of Alabama Bureau R.F. and A.L. Montgomery February 6th 1869 Special Order No 5 The journeys performed by J.B. Henly, Asst. Superintendent of Schools from Girard through Russell County, Ala, on the 7th and 20th of September, 15 October, 17th and 27th of November, 8th and 20th of December 1868 respectively, are herby authorized, and the necessary expenses incurred will be paid upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Chief Disbursing Officer of this state. Brvt Lieut Col. U.S.V. Asst. Commissioner State of Alabama Bureau R.F. and A.L. Montgomery February 13th 69 Special Order No 6 I. Special Order no 4 of date February 4th 1869 is hereby revoked. II. H.M. Bush. Asst. Superintendent of Schools, will proceed immediately to Selma and Talladega, Ala. on business pertaining to the Bureau R.F. and A.L., after the completion of which he will return to his proper station.
