6. The following officers of the Veteran Reserve Corps are hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, to date June 30th 1866, on account of their services being no longer required. This Order will not carry transportation allowances, the officers concerned having already received mileage or transportation in kind, under General Orders, No. 165, series of 1865, from this Office. They will receive no final payments, until they shall have satisfied the Pay Department that they are not indebted to the Government:-
