No. 313.              ADJUTANT GENERAL'S OFFICE,
                         Washington, June 19th, 1867.
(Extract.)

1. Brevet Captain Joseph Groves, 1st Lieutenant, 1st Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, is hereby relieved from duty in the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, and mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, on account of his services being no longer required. He will receive no final payments, until he shall have satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government.
