SPECIAL ORDERS,
No. 38

Bvt. Lt. Col. Edwin Beecher, Supt. of Education B R F & A. L., for the State of Alabama, having made requisition for the regulation allowance of forage provided for one (1) private horse used for the purposes of this Bureau, at Montgomery, Ala., he will purchase in open market, on the best possible terms, the supply so estimated for — take up and account for the same, and issue his certified vouchers therefor, which will be forwarded to these head quarters for payment. Before delivering the vouchers so to be issued, Col. Beecher will cause properly certified copies of this order to be annexed thereto.
