The condition of the schools in this sub-District, is not very promising at this time: the teachers complain that it is very difficult for them to collect the small amount charged for tuition, and for this reason, one school was discontinued in July:     However it is to be hoped that we will be able to raise the work of education in the month of October.
In the Hospital in this sub-District, the Bureau provides rations, medicines, and clothing for eighteen (18) men, thirty (30) women, and thirty-two (32) children.
