of March. I issued the supplies saved from the flood of March and disposed of the damaged lot of corn to the best possible advantage to the Government. All of which has been reported and accounted for to the 
proper Officers of the Bureau. There seems to have been little to no complaints lodged in this Office against Employers. In short everything except the political atmosphere seems to be clear and that seems to be ominous of unpleasant consequences at no very distant day
