Sixth - "Applications for revocation of Apprenticeship"
Three (3) applications of this kind have been made at this office by Freedmen. The same were referred to the several Judges of Probate with instructions to take immediate action, as per Genl Order No 3 Head Quarters Dist of Alabama series of 1867. 
Seventh - "Applications for bounty" 
Ten (10) of these applications have been made out, and forwarded from this Office during the month of March
Eighth - "Issue of Rations" 
There has been issued during the month, Supplies to Four Hundred and Nine (409) White and Eight Hundred and Fifty-one (851) Colored Persons that live in the country and adjoining counties who do not receive supplies from the Soup Kitchens of this City. 
Ninth - Soup Kitchens.
As per instructions from Head Quarters State of Alabama Bureau RF & AL Two (2) of these Kitchens have been established, and are now dispensing relief to One Hundred and Thirty (130) persons daily (Eighty one (81) White and Forty Nine (49) Colored)
