furnish medical Attendence I refuse to approve any contracts which do not obligate the employer to furnish all necessary medical attendence. the crowds of Freedmen that made their appearance during holy days have entirely disappeared vary few complaints are now being made at this office.
Those made are in relation to the binding of minor Children who have parrents and in my opinion the probate Judges are paying no attention to law and Certainly they are working against the intrest of the negroe
