Memorandum for Doctor Messner:
Attached is a memorandum for Doctor Waugh which is very inclusive concerning possible points of interest in connection with venereal diseases in Alaska.
A.A. Surgeon Bickel, who assisted me in the preparation of this memorandum, is herself interested in archaeology and has recorded on an additional page which is attached, "Further questions of interest" in regard to this science
