You are directed to proceed to Washington, D. C. for consultation with the Surgeon General relative to dental work carried on by you in Alaska.

Upon completion of the duty enjoined you will return to New York, N. Y.

In carrying out the provisions of this order you will be allowed your actual and necessary transportation expenses, together with $6 per diem in lieu of subsistence.

It is requested that you acknowledge receipt of this order.

Transportation requests are inclosed.

The travel directed is necessary in the public interest.
