WHITE HOUSE CONFERENCE
ON CHILD HEALTH AND PROTECTION

SECTION I A.—COMMITTEE ON GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
KENNETH D. BLACKFAN, M.D., CHAIRMAN
HAROLD C. STUART, M.D., VICE-CHAIRMAN
300 LONGWOOD AVENUE
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

March 21, 1930.

Dear Sir:

The White House Conference on Child Health and Protection was planned to review and report upon the present status of the health and well-being of the children of the United States.

A part of the function of the various committees is to gather information. The Sub-committee on Dental Growth and Development is sending you a questionnaire which accompanies this letter, with the hope that you will be able to aid in this admirable project. From conception to eighteen years is the period we are interested in. Included with the questionnaire is a leaflet from the Statistical Committee, offering suggestions.

May we count upon your sending promptly any and all material that will aid in promoting the interests of the Conference?

Yours very truly,
