A. Have you any statistics which pertain to the growth and development of the teeth, mandible and maxillae:
1st. Time of eruption
2nd. Comparison of tooth size and mandible maxilla size.
3rd. Mandible and maxilla arch measurements.
4th. Facial characteristics or measurements.
Note: If measurement data is presented, will you be good enough to indicate how the measurements were made?
7 B. Have you statistics from which the percentage of tooth irregularity can be determined?
C. Have you statistics as to developmental defects in teeth? Fissures, pits, enamel loss?
D. Can any relation between communicable diseases, endocrine disturbances, or other physical disabilities and tooth formation be determined from your statistics?
E. Have you any studies or statistics dealing with the relation between function or disfunction of teeth and growth and development of jaws and head?
1. Studies of the effect of early loss of teeth on growth and development of jaws.
2. Effects of habit.
F. Have you any other information in relation to tooth and maxillary bone growth involvement?
G. Do you know of studies connected with growth and development of the jaws which would be of value to the Committee?
