time, it will be necessary for him to take all of his provisions, fuels and everything
else. In other words, everything must be worked out to the last detail and the boat
must be suitable to the nth degree.

As the boat will have to be completed in Seattle, Washington by next May,
there is not much time to be lost.

I know you will agree with me that if we can work out a design for Dr.
Waugh, the while proposition would be most interesting from start to finish. Therefore,
I wish you could plan to come down and talk with Dr. Waugh some day next week. He
is a most delightful person and I know you will be most interested to meet him and
hear of his plans. I feel if you two could get together, that something will be worked
out which would not be possible any other way. Dr. Waugh is a very busy man but he says
if you will name your time, he will make his plans accordingly. Therefore, if you will
be good enough to let me know by return mail just when you can come down next week to
see Dr. Waugh at his office, I will get in touch with him and everything will be
settled.

             With kind regards,
                                       Sincerely,
